• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited metadata (such as the last four digits and status) but never your full card number.
• Communications: messages you send us via our contact form or email.
• Session media: photos and video clips recorded during your session, where applicable.
• Usage data: basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and confirm bookings, process payments, send you service-related and reschedule notifications, deliver your session highlights, respond to your messages, run our rewards and membership programs, and improve our Services.

3. Service Providers (Processors)

We share the minimum necessary information with trusted processors who act on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, reschedules, receipts).
• Supabase — secure database and authentication for your account and bookings.

These providers process data under their own privacy and security commitments and only as needed to deliver their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
